Understanding Article 16 of GDPR
Article 16 of GDPR grants an important right to data subjects: the right to have their personal data rectified.
Under Article 16(1) of GDPR, a person has the right to demand that a company rectify inaccurate personal data concerning him or her.
If the company has incomplete data, a person has the right to have their information be completed.
