Article 59 of GDPR: Supervisory Authority Activity Reports
Article 59 of GDPR provides for the obligation of each supervisory authority to issue an annual report on its activities.
The annual report should also make reference to the type of infringement matters it has dealt with along with the measures it has taken to remedy such infringement cases.
The annual reports must be made public and be available to the Commission and the European Data Protection Board.
