Article 67 of GDPR: Exchange of Information
Article 67 of GDPR provides the power to the Commission to adopt an implementing act of general application to clarify the procedure and means the supervisory authorities can exchange information among themselves and between them and the EDPB in a standardized format.
The implementing acts will be adopted based on the examination procedure referred to under GDPR.
