Article 71 of GDPR: EDPB Reports
Article 71 of GDPR provides for the reporting obligations of the European Data Protection Board.
EDPB annual report (Article 71(1) GDPR)
EDPB must prepare an annual report regarding its operations.
The annual report must be made public and transmitted to the European Parliament, the Council and the Commission.
Annual report content (Article 71(2) GDPR)
The annual report must include at least the following:
- Review of the EDPB guidelines, recommendations and best practices
- Review of its binding decisions
