Article 76 of GDPR: Confidentiality
Article 76 of GDPR provides for the confidentiality provision with respect to the discussions of the European Data Protection Board.
EDPB discussion confidential (Article 76(1) GDPR)
GDPR makes it clear that the EDPB discussions must be confidential and the confidentiality rules must be duly outlined it is rules of procedure.
Document access (Article 76(2) GDPR)
Any document accessed by the members of the EDPB, its experts and representative of third parties will be governed by the Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
