Article 93 of GDPR: Committee Procedure
Article 93 of GDPR establishes the committee to assist the Commission.
Committee to assist the Commission (Article 93(1) GDPR)
GDPR provides that the committee must assist the Commission.
The committee will have the same meaning as in Regulation (EU) No 182/2011.
Article 5 of Regulation (EU) No 182/2011 (Article 93(2) GDPR)
Whenever a reference is made to Article 93(2) of GDPR, reference will be made to Article 5 of Regulation (EU) No 182/2011.
Article 8 of Regulation (EU) No 182/2011 (Article 93(3) GDPR)
Whenever a reference is made to Article 93(3) of GDPR, reference will be made to Article 8 of the Regulation (EU) No 182/2011.
