Article 94 of GDPR: Repeal of Directive 95/46/EC
Article 94 of GDPR repeals the Directive 95/46/EC effective May 25, 2018.
Any reference to the repealed Directive shall be construed as making reference to GDPR.
Any reference to Working Party on the Protection of Individuals with regards to the Processing of Personal Data under Article 29 of the Directive will be construed as making reference to the European Data Protection Board.
