Article 99 of GDPR: Entry Into Force And Application
Article 99 of GDPR provides for the date GDPR shall enter into effect.
GDPR will enter into force on the 21st day following its public in the Official Journal of the European Union.
GDPR shall apply as of May 25, 2018.
GDPR will be binding on all EU member countries in its entirety.
